你有失眠的困擾嗎?你一直想減重失敗嗎?近日得知若干網友有這方面的經驗和需要,適逢學生寄來這方面的資訊,我加以研究整理後在此分享給神所愛的您.其實,許多肥胖或暴瘦厭食是因飲食失調,而根源的原因可能是情緒壓力和困擾導致的生活作息及各方面的失序.長期處在這樣的狀況而無智慧的對策與處理,日積月累就會蠶食人的身心靈.人們說慢性病很難治,但我相信在神沒有難成的事!希望這篇網誌對您有幫助!

據說骨盆的一整天的開合運動支配著我們的睡眠,藉由活動腳指頭刺激骨盆,放鬆骨盆附近的肌肉,隨之神經也鬆馳 。骨盆被打開, 其中的內臟也鬆馳,全身也會放鬆,如此就易入睡。不只如此,還可以幫助健康,減低腰部疼痛,也能改善體態,美化身材.作骨盆操時,身體平躺，雙腳往上抬，做完只要5分鐘。真的嗎?平常您在家也可以自己試試!

骨盆操的動作並不難,平躺時雙腳往上抬,在睡前和起床後做.這似乎是簡單或速成的方式,但若沒有恆心或在生活中實踐操練,不會有什麼轉化或突破的.箴言書要我們觀察碼蟻和蜜蜂等昆蟲,是要我們存謙卑的心與神同行,並從神造的萬物中務實的學習.

以下是影片說明摘要:

「骨盆體操」,只要做過一次,腰圍立即就能減少2-4公分,臀圍數字，一下子就少了2公分，連最難瘦大腿圍也少了1公分，而且只要5分鐘就ok?!如此輕鬆簡單的奇蹟體操,不但可以立即雕塑出苗條曲線,而且還能幫助睡眠和幫助排便順利,達到減肥與舒眠的雙重神效,無怪乎會在日本掀起一波熱潮。

睡前暖身操:可矯正身體左右不對稱達到平衡。1)平躺後手指與腳指反覆做握放動作數次, 速度稍微快一點。 2)若有一腳不好活動, 就將腳跟靠攏, 雙腳作抵抗運動。 如此左右的差異很快消失,作30次。

睡前促進睡眠:1) 雙腳與肩同寬,維持寬度後,僅可能向外側倒。腳指頭腳張開,用力往腳背方向扳。2) 大口吸氣吐氣後,再吸氣同時將雙腳同時往上,抬腿往上30公分。3) 維持10秒後就讓雙腳掉下來,接著再慢慢吐氣並維持現狀靜待2分鐘。如此將有助於促進血液循環和睡眠 。

減重方式
起床前促進減重:1)雙腳與肩同寬,維持寬度後,大姆指的跟部靠攏。2)大姆指合併,用力的雙腳內扣。3)吐氣同時,將雙腳同時往上,抬腿往上30公分。4)維持10秒後就讓雙腳掉下來,接著維持現狀靜待2分鐘。


起床正確步驟方式:1)別直接起來,雙手作萬歲姿勢(同時往上靠耳旁平放)。2)先翻過身趴著,再低頭作貓咪打哈欠姿勢。3)接著把手臂伸直,上半身移到後面。4)然後上半身慢慢起來,呈端坐姿勢後,深呼吸2-3次。5)最後將雙腳依序向前伸出後站立。

Precious Mommy I 寶貝媽咪(一)

God so loves the world that he gave his one and only Son and a mother to everybody.

This is my precious mother and her handmade patchwork!!!

My mom died of breast cancer while I graduated from the educational university. From that day on, I kept this patchwork. It is not worth a lot of money , yet it is priceless and valuable as well as her smile for me. When the day I meet her, I will give her a bear hug and kisses, and tell her "I love you, mommy!"

God led me to study English Bible while I was sick in the autumn 2008. This month I just complete  the John study. And this is our lovely group.

上帝時常在生活中賜下驚喜,多年未聯絡的友人歡聚就是其中之一. 當我剛搬到這個城市,有一天手機響起,沒想到是我第一位帶信主的人,也是我的同學找到我. 真令人開心! 我的同學目前是資深的特教老師,也是愛主敬虔的基督徒. 她兩位寶貝資優兒子,一位在國小已經出版一本書,一位單純喜樂又愛主.聖經上說:兒女是耶和華所賜的產業.神所賜的產業何等美好!
